Our Lady Leopards began the season at the WREC Classic Tournament, held from December 5th to 7th. They defeated Tonopah 47-19, Round Mountain 21-14, and Elko JV 35-24, lost to Alamo 25-26, and won against GV Christian 39-6. Go LEOPARDS!

This is a friendly reminder that tomorrow, Wednesday, November 27th, all students and staff will have an early dismissal.
- Junior high and high school students will be released at 12:55 PM for lunch.
- Wells Elementary School students will be released at 1:45 PM.
- Buses will depart from Wells Elementary School at 1:45 PM.
Please note that there will be no school on Thursday, November 28th, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.

Elko County School District is exploring a districtwide cell phone policy and needs your input! Families, staff, and students are encouraged to participate in a brief, confidential survey to share their thoughts on cell phone use in classrooms.
The survey results will be presented to the Board of Trustees on December 3, 2024.
In addition to answering the survey questions, you may provide your contact information if you're interested in joining a committee to help shape the new cell phone policy.

This task is simple but crucial for our kitchen staff to accurately count meals, ensuring students receive the full meal they pay for. Thank you for all you do to support Wells Combined School!
On Saturday, November 23rd, our Intramural Boys & Girls basketball teams will play in the Silver Bracket for the Intramural Championship. The boys will take on WWMS #1 at SCMS @9 am and the girls, teams #1 & #2, will challenge each other @ 9 am @Liberty Peak Elementary.
